- Trim wick to 1/8"-1/4" before lighting every time.

- We recommend extinguishing the candle with a candle snuffer.

- Always store your candles in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight, and keep away from children and pets.

- If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label at hand.

We offer free shipping over $80 in Canada and over $100 in the US.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping times are between 2-8 business days in Canada and the USA depending on the carrier.

We don’t offer exchanges or returns, however, we will replace or refund damaged products if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to info@hazefragrance within 7 days of arrival.

If you have received the wrong product, or if there was a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days of your package being delivered.
