Refund Policy

Cancellations

We only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of the order being created. Please send your request to info@hazefragrance.com. However, cancellation is not guaranteed if package has already left our facility.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to hygiene issues, but please get in touch with us at info@hazefragrance.com if you have any questions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged. If you receive the wrong item in your order, contact us within 14 days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale and Limited Edition Items

We cannot accept exchanges, refunds or returns on sale items, gift cards, or limited edition products. If you purchased directly before a sale, we unfortunately cannot price match the item. 

Black Friday Sale Policies

All orders placed during our black friday sale cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for sale orders.

We will not price match if you have purchased before our sale. The sale discount applies to new orders only.

Further discount codes outside of our Black Friday Sale are inactivated and do not apply on any sale items and the order will be price matched to the sale price if discounts are taken advantage of. 

All items purchased from the mystery bag will NOT come with any product packaging (box). But they will be wrapped carefully to prevent shipping damages.
