Holiday Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business during this season!

We anticipate shipping delays and want to relay our carrier's recommended holiday shipping deadlines to help you prepare. If you are wanting your gift in time for Christmas, we recommend you to shop earlier than later for your candles to arrive at your door step on time. Or, you can give a digital gift-card for an instant gift here.

The Postal Service expects the busiest time will start three weeks before Christmas but given the higher volumes and safety guidelines in place, this will likely take place much earlier this year. As a result, our carrier is giving earlier cut off deadlines to ensure your packages make it in time. If your order is made AFTER the date below, we cannot guarantee delivery before Dec 24th. We anticipate orders made before the days below should arrive, but again we can't make any guarantees during this time: they are just dates recommended by us from our shipping carrier.

Please note: We have no control once your package leaves our warehouse and we will not be issuing any returns or refunds due to delay on your package.

Last day to order for hopeful Dec 25th delivery:

Within ON: Dec 15

Outside of ON: Dec 10

USA : Dec 10

Orders made AFTER Dec 23 at Midnight will be processed after Jan 2th. We will be on holiday and will not be responding to emails from Dec 23- Jan 2th.
