What materials you use?

We are serious about our product quality. All candles are made with natural waxes, FSC-Certified wood wicks, and premium fragrance oils. Please find all specifics in our product description, and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Where are the products made?

All our prodcuts are hand-made in Toronto, Canada. We source our materials from reliable Canadian and US suppliers.

How can I take care of my candles?

Always burn within sight.

Let the candle reach full melt pool on the first burn (~2hrs).

Keep away from things that catch fire.Burn at a level.

Burn candles on heat-resistant surfaces only.

Trim wick to 1/4" before lighting every time.

We recommend extinguishing the candle with a candle snuffer.

Always store your candles in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight, and keep away from children and pets.

If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label at hand.

How to care and use reed diffusers?

- Remove the stopper on the jar.

- Put the rattan reeds inside the jar and arrange them artfully. The strength of the fragrance depends on the number of reeds.

- Flip them whenever you want a burst of fragrance. Do it over a trash can or sink to catch any oil drips.

- Flipping the reeds more often will cause the oil to evaporate more quickly. We recommend flipping once per week.

- If reeds got dusty and clogged, replacing them will ensure you have the strongest fragrance possible.

- Keep away from heat sources. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not consume. Do not light reeds. Avoid spilling oil on furniture, textiles, or finished surfaces. Wipe spills immediately with damp cloth.

Shipping + Delivery

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on the type and quantity of the products in your order. You will receive the tracking number in your email once your order is with our shipping partner.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It usually takes 2-8 business days for orders within Canada and the US to deliver. International orders will take up to 14 business days to arrive.

Unfortunately, we cannot control the transportation process of the shipped packages. Please contact the carrier for any delays or changes in delivery time.

I did not receive my order, but the tracking says it has been delivered.

If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following: 

1. Verify the shipping address on your order is correct
2. Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
3. Double check your area in case it's left in a hidden area
4. Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence accepted it
5. Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving

What is your return and exchange policy?

We don’t offer exchanges or returns, however, if your product arrives damaged we are here to help. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and send us photographic proof of damage and your order confirmation email.

If you have received the wrong product, or if there was a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of your package being delivered.
